Although the property is found on a leasehold farm, it holds one of the nicest homes, all in all.

The guest house, or farm dwelling built in 2011, is located towards the bottom of the property for maximum privacy. The farm is fully fenced and laid out well. There are 4,000 mature and producing Kona coffee trees, and 120 mangoes of gourmet varieties. The water for irrigation comes from a catchment, although the house is on county water. The farm is a cocoa test site for the University of Hawaii and there are two groves, a variety of other tropical fruit, and plumeria lei flowers throughout the property as well. There is even a separate corral for farm animals!
