Smoking and vaping of any kind are strictly prohibited within the unit and the building. Any violation will result in an immediate fine of $500 per occurrence and termination of the stay without a refund. Quiet hours are enforced from 10 pm to 8 am, and guests are asked to be considerate of our neighbors. Non-registered occupants will be asked to vacate the property, and transient visitors are allowed under the condition to comply with the maximum occupancy limit and leave the premises at 10 pm. If the visitor stays further than 10 pm, it will be charged as an extra guest.
