What an opportunity! This waterfront lot is on Lake Norman’s prestigious Kiser Island in Terrell. The lot is over an acre and a half! There is plenty of waterfront, and an older pier is in place. The total waterfront is over 200 feet but because of an indention in the shoreline, that number is misleading. The lot lays well and is near flat. Beautiful views look at the setting sun. The cove is located right off the main channel. There is an older mobile home on the property that we are not adding for value. The lot is so big and the restrictions so minimal, the possibilities are endless.
There are very nice homes in the neighborhood. This is a holdout from a bygone era. We have a survey but it is from 1997. We do not have any paperwork on the mobile home.
