The 'solarium' workspace area is a great space to work with a great view of the backyard, and is separated from the living area by a large storage shelf and includes a work chair and large table.

The main bedroom (downstairs) has generous under-bed and in-closet clothing storage, and a large window looking out on the backyard with automatic blackout shades that can be programmed to open and close at given times. Upstairs bedroom is a cozy wood paneled hideout with a small closet and several bookshelves.

The laundry / heating room includes a compact washer and dryer unit, with a drying rack and cleaning supplies closet. Heating is controlled by a central system with sensors in both units.
The fully fenced in backyard is ready for your dog(s), and includes a deck with outdoor furniture, a firepit table (with lots of firewood available for your use), and a charcoal grill. Our van may be stored in the parking spot by the shop, depending if it is being used while we travel.

This unit is the main unit of a two-unit house. The attached rental unit has it's own entrance and back yard. It is currently inhabited by a wonderful long term renter who mostly keeps to herself (but is usually happy to catch your mail if you're out for a few days). Both units share the laundry / heating room with deadlocks protecting both entrance doors.

There is offstreet parking in front of the house and plenty of street parking. The 21, C, 120, and H lines are all within easy walking distance. The neighborhood is super family friendly and within walking distance to Birdhouse Cafe, Westwood Village, The Westy, Limber Yoga and more!
