Off the family room is a 16x16 enclosed sun porch with windows that open. A new deck has been added this year, also 16x16. The basement has been separated into several rooms but none are finished. One is a large workshop, one has been used as a quilting room, remainder is storage. The basement is under original part of home. There is a crawl space under addition. Deck is going to be added to back of home off the office. Years ago there was also a mobile home on the property so water and electric are in place if buyer wanted to an outbuilding.
