However, there have been many upgrades chosen for this home that separates it from all the others and puts it into a class of its own. In the Living/Dining room area, an electric fireplace was installed and beautiful diagonally tiled floors were laid giving the room a wonderful feel of openness and warmth. In all of the bedrooms, the matting and the carpeting have been upgraded as well.
