The 'Blue Sanctuary' offers a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. Downstairs, the 'Midnight Nest' also features a king bed and an ensuite bathroom. The home boasts a fully equipped kitchen with a huge island and seating for four, a formal dining area for eight, an open concept living area, and a washer and dryer. The outdoor patio includes a dining table and lounge chairs, and a Pack n Play is available upon request.
For an additional fee of $35 per day, pool heating can be arranged with at least a week's notice. The pool is serviced weekly, and during inclement weather, use is not advised. The home accommodates up to 10 guests, and parking is available for up to three vehicles, with two in the driveway and one on the street.
Located in a prime area, this home offers easy access to popular attractions. Disney World is just 20 minutes away, SeaWorld is 25 minutes away, and Universal Studios is 35 minutes away. Enjoy the convenience of nearby amenities and the vibrant atmosphere of the surrounding area.
Self check-in and check-out are available, and the home is professionally cleaned and sanitized between guests. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. The home is self-catering, with initial supplies provided but not replenished during your stay. No smoking or drugs are allowed on the property, and the maximum occupancy is 10 guests. The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years old and present during the stay. No third-party bookings are allowed unless agreed upon in writing. Please respect the neighborhood by minimizing noise between 10 PM and 8 AM. Fireworks and firearms are prohibited, and guests are expected to follow additional guidelines posted within the home. Violations of these rules may result in termination of the reservation without refund and/or monetary fines.
