Smoking is prohibited in the house or patio/pool area, and any signs of smoking will result in an additional non-refundable fee of $250 plus tax. Guests are expected to empty full trash bins and dispose of garbage bags appropriately. An additional fee of USD$100 plus tax will be charged for excessive trash left in the house or overflowing bins. Guests are responsible for any violation and/or additional fees charged by the community association for incorrect disposal of trash. A laptop computer is not included. Complimentary Wi-Fi internet and cable service are available at all properties, but service interruptions or slowdowns may occur.
