Wooden windows have a unique design and with different sized panes over one - another project but worth the effort for the preservationist. The kitchen has a separate butler's pantry which is another room in itself and opens to driveway with a detached garage at the end. Upstairs the 1st room has 3 wall of windows, the center room was a half bath and the back room was a bedroom for children. Rooms are in a row and could make a nice master with bath and closet. The 1/3 acre lot is gorgeous and has 2 street frontages, alley access and ample room for a larger garage with or without guest quarters. Please note that this is a major undertaking - not a cosmetic redo. Wiring, plumbing, HVAC and roof need to be replaced before you start on the interior renovations and rebuilding the garage.
