I like to follow the following process.

1. If you like the Apartment after seeing it you fill out a rental application, the more information the better, And show me your license.
2. I then verify the information you provide to insure you will be a good tenant and good fit with the current GOOD PEOPLE who live there and in the neighborhood.

Usually I prefer to do a 1 year lease to start and go month to month after that.

We cannot do dogs because of insurance !
