~WOW~WOW~WOW~ This is a fantastic find!! This home makes me happy from the moment I drive up: I love the charm of the street it's on, its sunny yellow exterior, and the colorful flowers & nice green lawn, but that's just the beginning! When I step inside, I am greeted by original hardwood flooring and LOTS of natural light from the huge front windows! I love that there is a separate dining area, easily accessible from the kitchen, but it's a shared space with the living room - perfect for gatherings with friends and family. As I turn right from the entryway, I can see the front bedroom, or go down the hall to explore the hall bathroom & the master bedroom & bathroom. I love all the hardwood flooring & the flow it creates as I walk through. As I go further into the house, I am pleasantly surprised by a third bedroom, which has been extended to include a beautiful brick fireplace and sitting area! The room has large windows with great views of the back yard, and I can imagine waking up from a peaceful night's sleep here, enjoying the sounds of birds in the back yard greeting the day. This home also features a whole-house (exhaust) fan, which is wonderful for bringing in cool air at night to cool down the house, without spending a fortune on electricity. Now I am in the kitchen. The white cabinets (freshly painted with new hardware), & white countertops make for a bright, happy ambiance, and I already feel right at home. Now out to the back yard! It's so peaceful.. I can imagine relaxing under the back patio cover with my favorite drink, enjoying a break from the hustle and bustle of daily life. I also appreciate the roomy 2-car garage with utility sink at this home, and the long driveway with plenty of room for parking extra cars. I can't wait for you to enjoy life here on Ahmann.
