To respect our neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in fines from building management. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability, with a cost of $50. The latest departure time is 12:00 PM. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine. Washcloths are not provided. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but does not cover intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or damages exceeding $300 per stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 replacement fee, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300. Sending packages to the property address is not permitted. The building operates a centralized HVAC system, with heating from October 15 to May 1 and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures.
All guests must be registered prior to arrival, providing full names and valid ID for every guest entering the property. IDs must be presented at the front desk during check-in. Failure to submit this information in advance may lead to reservation cancellation, as unregistered guests are not allowed by building regulations.
