For the safety and security of all residents and guests, the building requires a brief guest screening prior to check-in. If the screening is not approved, or if you choose not to proceed, the reservation will be canceled. The pool is only open from May to September and access is for registered guests only. Each reservation includes two people to be registered. Additional guests will incur an extra supplement. The HVAC system is centralized and operates according to municipal regulations and seasonal cycles. Heating is in full operation from October 15 to May 1 and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. The building association decides HVAC operation during transitions based on the outside temperature. Only one parking spot is available for your stay. If you need an additional one, you will need to find alternative parking in the area. Display your parking permit on the dashboard or rearview mirror. Do not park in handicapped spaces unless you have a valid permit. All guests must be registered prior to arrival with full names and valid ID. Failure to submit this information in advance may lead to reservation cancellation. Keep noise to a minimum as the property is located in a residential area. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability with a cost of $50. The latest departure time is 12:00 PM. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. Sending packages to the property address is not permitted. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. The damage waiver fee covers accidental property damage but does not cover intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, damages exceeding $300 per stay, damage caused by automobiles, damage to personal items, theft, or lost items. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 charge. Replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300. Smoking inside incurs a $300 fine and parties on the property incur a $300 fine.
