The master suite offers comfort with a plush queen-size bed and a peaceful atmosphere, while the second bedroom is spacious and inviting, featuring two queen-size beds. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and all the cookware you need to create your favorite meals. For added convenience during your stay, there is in-unit laundry with a washer and dryer.
Parking is available, but please park only in your designated space and display your permit to avoid being towed. We are not responsible for towed vehicles. A starter kit of supplies is provided, but bath towels and washcloths are not included.

The apartment is minutes from George Mason University – Arlington Campus and offers easy access to Georgetown and GW University via Metro. Arts and entertainment options include the nearby Signature Theatre, live music spots, and seasonal events at Ballston’s public plazas. The property is around 10–15 minutes by Metro to the National Mall, Smithsonian Museums, and the Capitol.
Guest screening is required for the safety and security of all residents, and must be completed before arrival. Signing the Rental Agreement is required prior to check-in, and guests will not be able to access the unit until this agreement has been completed. To respect our neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited, with violations potentially resulting in fines from building management. The pool is not available for this season. The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations, with heating running from October 15 to May 1 and air conditioning available from May 15 to October 1. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability, with a cost of $50 and the latest departure time at 12:00 PM. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. Sending packages to the property address is not permitted. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but not intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or damages exceeding $300 per stay. Lost FOB/access cards incur a $250 replacement fee, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300. Smoking inside incurs a $300 fine, as does hosting a party on the property. The apartment includes a business center for those who need to work from home, providing a convenient space to focus on tasks.
