This is a walker's paradise with Ballston Quarter, dozens of restaurants, and shops just a short stroll away. Enjoy a run or bike ride on the famous Mount Vernon Trail along the Potomac River, just a short distance away. For your convenience, a large and well-stocked Harris Teeter supermarket with a pharmacy and hot food bar is located nearby.
Guest screening is required for the safety and security of all residents, and must be completed before arrival. Signing the Rental Agreement is required prior to check-in, and guests will not be able to access the unit until this agreement has been completed. To respect our neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited, with violations potentially resulting in fines from building management. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability, with a cost of $50 and the latest departure time at 12:00 PM. If guests are arriving on the same day as your departure, late check-out cannot be accommodated. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. Sending packages to the property address is not permitted. Washcloths are not provided. The building operates a centralized HVAC system in accordance with municipal regulations, with heating from October 15 to May 1 and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1. During seasonal transitions, HVAC adjustments are managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures. All guests must be registered prior to arrival, with full names and valid ID required for every guest entering the property. IDs must be presented at the front desk during check-in. Failure to submit this information in advance may lead to reservation cancellation, as unregistered guests are not allowed by building regulations. Keep noise to a minimum as the property is located in a residential area. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. A damage waiver fee is in place, covering certain damages, but not intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or damages exceeding $300 per stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 charge, and replacement for lost parking tags costs $200–$300. Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine. If you experience any issues during your stay, notify us immediately for assistance.
A remote work-friendly environment is provided with high-speed Wi-Fi, ensuring you can work comfortably from home. A laptop computer is not included.
