To respect our neighbors, loud music and parties are strictly prohibited, with violations resulting in fines from building management. Check-in is at 4:00 PM and check-out is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out requests must be made 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability at a cost of $50, with the latest departure time at 12:00 PM. Failure to check out on time will result in an additional charge equivalent to one night's stay. Smoking inside is charged a $300 fine, and parties on the property incur a $300 fine. The building operates a centralized HVAC system with heating from October 15 to May 1 and air conditioning from May 15 to October 1, managed by the building association based on outdoor temperatures. A starter kit of supplies is provided, but bath towels and washcloths are not included. If the property is left in excessively poor condition, an additional cleaning fee will be charged. A damage waiver fee covers certain damages, but not intentional damage, damage caused by policy violations, or damages exceeding $300 per stay. Lost FOB/Access Cards incur a $250 replacement fee, and lost parking tags cost $200–$300 to replace.
