Pool maintenance and hours are at the building management's discretion. Early check-in is available for a fee of $89 per service. Package and postal delivery may not be available at this building. Noise disruptions from building maintenance or construction may occur and are beyond our control. The building is 100% non-smoking, with a $500 fine for violations. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM daily, and no events or parties are allowed, with a $500 fine for violations. Pets are not allowed. Late check-out incurs a $250 fee, lockouts result in a $150 fee per occurrence, and lost keys incur a $200 per key fee.
