Quiet hours begin at 9:30 pm, and no smoking or parties are allowed. Guests are required to sign a rental agreement, and the minimum age to rent is 18 years old. Alcohol is not allowed near the hot tub, and it should not be used if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. Use the hot tub at your own risk. Per Gatlinburg, TN Fire Code, no fires are allowed on the property. You may encounter critters, including bears, so exercise caution. No refunds are provided for weather, natural disasters, power outages, or other uncontrollable events, so travel insurance is recommended.
The cabin offers 1 Gig Wi-Fi, making it suitable for remote work-friendly stays. A laptop computer is not included.
