This is a self-check-in property, accessible from the main entrance. All amenities can be used by guests, but please be respectful of others while using shared amenities. Parties and events are strictly prohibited, with a fine of $500 for any violations, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages. Unauthorized animal or pet incurs a fee of $250. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300. Towels and linens must be kept in good condition, and any permanent stains will be considered negligent damage. Guests should not wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves. Noise can transfer easily to neighbors through walls and floors.
