This is a self-check-in, and you can access the building from the main entrance. All amenities can be used by guests, and you are encouraged to be respectful of others while using shared amenities. Guests must submit a request at least a day or two prior to accessing the common amenities. Only registered guests can use the amenities, and no outsiders or visitors are allowed. CCTVs and 24/7 security monitoring are in place to ensure compliance from everyone. Amenities are not for commercial use. Check-out time is 11 am unless otherwise approved. Absolutely no smoking, with a $100 penalty fee for removing smoke detectors. Smoking inside or outside on the patio or balcony, parking lot, or within 50ft of the property is strictly prohibited, as this is a smoke-free community. Any smell noticed by cleaners in the house, and/or any physical evidence of smoking any substance in the home will result in a fine of $300.00 to cover the cost of deep cleaning and ozone treatment. Parties and events are strictly prohibited. Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence, will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. This unit is equipped with noise detection monitors. Unauthorized animal or pet fee is $250.00. Missing or damaged items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $300.00. Towels and linens should be kept in good condition and not used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Guests should not wash comforters or duvet comforters themselves as this can cause damage to those items and the washing machine. Any evidence of a guest breaking posted house rules can result in a fine and/or eviction from the property. This is a quiet residential neighborhood and building, and noise can transfer easily to neighbors through walls and floors.
