Situated in the gated community of Emerald Waters Village, this spacious two-story home provides parking for up to 2 vehicles in the driveway.
The inviting front porch leads to a fun entry space featuring a pool table and bistro table, flowing into the formal dining area with seating for 8. The open living room offers a comfortable gathering space with a queen sleeper sofa, loveseat, accent chair, and a large Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes full-size appliances, cookware, dishes, and small appliances like a crockpot, blender, toaster, waffle maker, griddle, Keurig, and drip coffee maker. A second refrigerator is located in the garage. Quick bites can be enjoyed at the breakfast bar (seats 4) or kitchen nook (seats 4). The laundry room is conveniently located just off the kitchen. A half bathroom is located between the kitchen and living room.
Enjoy a FREE six-passenger golf cart for effortless trips to the beach or nearby attractions. Community perks include two pools and gated beach access. A pack & play, high chair, and plastic dishes/cups/silverware are provided for children. The golf cart is included with your stay, and all drivers are required to fill out a waiver prior to arrival. Guests must be 25 years or older with a valid license & current vehicle insurance coverage to operate the golf cart. A maximum of 2 house-trained dogs are permitted with a $200 non-refundable pet fee due before check-in. ADA-registered service animals are exempt.

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Smoking and events are not allowed. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Early check-in and late check-out are not guaranteed but may be possible upon request. Guests are not able to have mail shipped to the property. No student groups or guests under age 25 are permitted without a parent or guardian present. Emotional Support Animals (ESAs) are subject to the pet fee; only ADA-registered service animals are exempt. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets. An additional $50 fee may apply for excess cleanup. Guests must be 25 years or older, with a valid license & current vehicle insurance coverage to operate the golf cart. Only registered guests listed on the reservation are allowed on the property. Do not rearrange furniture in the home. Any cleanup of bodily fluids will result in additional cleaning and sanitation charges. Trash must be taken to the curb on Sunday and Wednesday evenings for Monday and Thursday pickup. Excess trash or missed pickup days may incur additional charges. Trash cans must be returned to the home after pickup. Failure to do so may result in an HOA citation, which will be passed on to the guest. All issues or damage must be reported immediately. Guests may be held financially responsible for unreported issues or damage discovered after check-out. Any belongings left will be charged a minimum fee of $25+shipping costs if the guest requests item(s) to be returned.
