A three-appliance package from Fisher Paykel, including a two-drawer dishwasher, refrigerator, and an upgraded gas stove complete with a custom wok insert and gliding oven drawers. Microwave is custom installed in the cabinets for a seamless and clean aesthetic. Outside ventilation was installed along with a stainless steel oven hood by Zepher. The finish includes a lifetime warranty on the quality from the manufacturer. Reverse osmosis water filtration connected to the main water line is easily accessible from the stainless steel kitchen sink by GE. The entire first floors were refinished in March 2023. 200A Panel Replacement (electrical system) completed in March 2023 along with updated breakers and a whole-house surge protection device to meet 2020 National Electrical Code. The plumbing has been updated to PVC pipe from 2nd story to the basement discharge (previously cast iron). A commercial hot water heater will keep the shower steamy no matter how much laundry or dishes you may have. Smart home upgrades including the front & back door locks and garage opener (compatible with Amazon Key & Walmart + In-Home Delivery services). 3 bedrooms with hardwood floors are upstairs and the 2nd bedroom has a cozy balcony overlooking the backyard. The primary bedroom has walk in closets and plenty of elbow room even with a King size bed. The third level attic floor has carpet and is perfect for an office/study or a bonus bedroom for guests or children. The basement has full size updated washer and dryer. There is space for room finishing if that is something the new owner needs in the future. The backyard has a large deck and is well manicured.
