Welcome to your ChampionsGate escape, a spacious villa perfect for relaxing, recharging, and enjoying nearby Orlando fun. This villa sleeps 13, with 6 bedrooms, 8 beds, and 6 baths. Feel at home in this comfortable property.
This villa features a private pool with the option to add heat, a hot tub, and outdoor lounge areas. There is a game room, two living areas, a flat-screen TV, a full kitchen, and indoor and outdoor dining areas. The large full kitchen is equipped with what you need to prepare meals with ease, including stainless steel appliances and cooking basics. A washer, dryer, pack 'n play, and high chair are also available.
Guests have free access to the community water park, lazy river, amenity center, and clubhouse at The Retreat at ChampionsGate. Additional facilities include a fitness center, movie theater, games room, playground, volleyball courts, an 18-hole golf course, driving range, putting green, and 6 clay tennis courts. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, the cost is $35 per day of usage.
Located in the Four Corners area, the villa sits close to world-renowned attractions. Disney is a 20-minute drive away, Universal Studios is approximately 28 minutes away, and SeaWorld is about 25 minutes away. Dining and shopping options are also within easy reach. The resort is located within a gated community and secured by a 24-hour security guard.
Quiet hours are between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. The maximum number of guests allowed at any given time is 13. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on the property, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage, and one vehicle may park in the street. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules.
