The lease term will be 6 months long and run from January 1 to June 30 with the option to renew for an additional 12 months at the agreement of both parties. Pets are permitted on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. Pets are limited to 2 and require an additional $500 deposit ($700 for two) plus an additional $80/month per pet in rent. A written statement that the pet has no history of biting is required.

It is provided unfurnished. However, I may be willing to include the existing couches and a queen bed if desired.
