House parties and the use of illegal substances are strictly prohibited, and any violation will result in immediate eviction and a $500 fine. This is a non-smoking building, and smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building, including the rooms; any violation of this policy will incur a $250 fine, plus cleaning costs to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. Pets are not allowed, and violating the pet policy may result in a $500 fine. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m., and violators will be charged a $200 fine. The number of overnight guests cannot exceed the maximum occupancy, and extra guests and visitors are not permitted without management consent; violators will be charged a $200 - $500 fine. Guests residing within a 40-mile radius must contact the trusted partner before booking. Travelers must be at least 21 years of age to make a reservation. A copy of a State Identification Card or Driver's License will be requested upon booking. For same-day late check-ins, prior approval from the partner is required before booking.
