Home is a great starter home. Fantastic Price. Water is presently hooked up to a private well. New buyer will need to hook up water to city water. The 2.08 acres consists of the lot on which the home is located on and Heindel and Meyers roads. The acreage of Heindel and Meyers Roads that is part of this parcel is unusable because it is presently being used for ingress and egress for property owners living on these two roads., Per Washoe County the property is hooked up to Municipal sewer. Per Washoe County both roads are the responsibility of the property owner in regards to maintenance and liability. I investigated the sewer system at this address and it appears that our records are incorrect. Neither the City of Reno nor the County has a sewage account at this address.
