This home is on a quiet street filled with green space, right next to the river. There are trails a short walk away, river road right out the door, and a dog park one block away. A few blocks away from the Seward co op, restaurants, and Los Campeones gym. The other unit is owner occupied by me, and I am looking for kind and communicative people who appreciate the community aspect of living near each other while still having your own space. The house is a quiet and relaxed atmosphere, with a lovely fenced in yard and space to garden. Animals are welcome as long as they are a good fit for the home. I have a dog, so of course your dog would need to get along and be social, as well as making sure there are conscientious practices as a pet owner. There will be an additional deposit for pets, and we can discuss the details of this as we move forward.
