About This Home

As of February 2018

Diamond in the rough. Terrific and panoramic views, excellent location. The inside could use some love and paint but outside is perfect. Lounge in the private front patio and feel as if you are the only house in the world. The interior definitely needs paint and flooring or a repaint on current floors but the layout really works. The "real" entry is from the front lush patio (although everyone uses the backdoor) and leads to a large and open living room with fabulous old crank windows and a fireplace with insert. The living room is open to the kitchen with a laundry room off to the side. Off the living room are a couple of add on spaces with the old style windows, a closet and a new mini-split. The main bedroom does not have a closet! but it has great windows and a window ac unit. The bath has cool old tile around the tub. There is a garage with newer electric and 220 for shop work plus the roof is just about 4 years old. The garage is insulated and has a couple of window so that you can see the great view while working. There is also a "extra" outdoor building. Small with a steel entry door, window ac unit and one of the most unusual windows I have ever seen. The extra building would be great for an artist studio. Plenty of fenced area for the critters. There is actually a natural gas wall heater and the home shares a well. Just a block of so town T-Circle and surrounded by hills and the Sand To Snow National Monument.
