I have to use a real estate cliche. This is not a drive by. The view from the street does not inform you that you have 4 bedrooms, 2 baths, family room and rec room with 2nd kitchen and over 2000 sq. ft. on 2 levels. It does not reveal the private rear yard. It does not show the sparkling new kitchen or the lower level work shop. We tried to capture it all with photos, but you have to get inside and out into the backyard to see what you are buying. And looking at the front could not possibly inform you that you can get a FREE PARKING AND BEACH PASS to the City Beach. Park and walk out to the water. THIS IS NOT A DRIVE BY.
