Street permit parking is available for one vehicle. If parking for additional cars is needed, the same street permit parking is available for $10 per additional vehicle for your entire stay. Pets are allowed for a fee of $40 per pet per night.
The location is perfect, with many great restaurants and bars right on North High Street. The Greater Columbus Convention Center and the Short North District are both a 5-minute walk away, and Nationwide Arena Stadium is a 10-minute walk away. The apartment is also less than a mile from downtown Columbus, Ohio State University campus, and Kroger Food Market. Nationwide Children's Hospital is an 8-minute drive away, and CMH Columbus John Glenn Airport is a 10-minute drive/Uber away. Easton Town Center Shopping Mall is a 15-minute drive away, with easy access to all major highways and COTA lines.
Some city or neighbor noise is possible due to the central downtown location and shared wall with the neighboring unit. Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 7 a.m. No loud music is allowed at any time. Breaking any of the house rules will result in a charge of $500 each. Tampering with exterior surveillance, noise monitors, and smoke sensors will lead to immediate cancellation with no refund, as well as a $300 violation charge. Any late check-outs will result in an additional charge of $100. No photography or any commercial use is allowed on the premises without written permission. Pets (all pets) are allowed for a fee of $40 per pet, per night (up to $600 cap per pet for the entire stay), please notify us prior to booking as host approval is required. No additional (unregistered) guests are allowed over (even if not spending the night) unless under the reservation guest count. A $50 extra guest fee will be charged per extra unregistered guest per night, and a $300 additional cleaning fee for excessive extra guests will be charged on top of the extra guests house rules violation fee. Absolutely no plants in the home are to be moved for any reason. No parties, small gatherings, or events are allowed. No smoking, marijuana, firearms, illegal substances, or any illegal activity are allowed on the property, though smoking is allowed outside the home only. If any smoking is discovered after check out, the guest will be liable for the cost of the next day reservation, and a $300 additional cleaning fee will be charged on top of the $300 house rules violation fee.
