Its a very nice, high end condo community with is HOA run. A small alleyway leads to the bay which is a minute away. The community has a pool, and greeny around with easy to walk pathways on shoreline drive. The condo comes with a dedicated separate basement working with gated community. Very safe for females.
Beach condo features all updated appliances and is just a minute away from the beach in a quieter neighborhood. The spacious refrigerator includes an ice maker and cold water filter. The unit also boasts a chimney for better ventilation. The bathroom is updated with a new vessel sink and hand shower.
The location is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts, offering easy access to walking or running along Shoreline Drive. Additionally, it's only a mile from Trader Joe's &South Shore Plaza/Mall.

The living area features a closet with shelves and a barn door, and the condo includes various upgrades, providing a homelike feel. Located within the complex, the unit enjoys a pool-facing view and plenty of morning sunlight in the living room. The patio is relatively bigger.

The place comes SEMI furnished with a couch and a bed and few basic things. The pictures added is how the place looks. Also, Ill be adding the wifi/ internet and the rent will be $2550. (Just adding this in my description since I didnt add wifi under the amenities)
