Enjoy the outdoor pool loungers and games, a putting green (mini golf), a fire pit area, and a grill. The private multi-sports court is also available for your enjoyment.
If you would like to add pool heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate the set-up for you. The cost for this amenity is $50 per day of stay. We welcome furry friends with a written notification from the guest and approval by the host. We allow one house-trained dog (please specify breed and weight) and a pet fee is applied.
This home is located in a quiet, residential neighborhood with wide sidewalks ideal for running and walking. It is only 19 km from John's Pass and Johns Pass Village and Boardwalk, 24 km from the Chihuly Collection, 25 km from Tropicana Field and St. Pete Pier, 10 minutes from beautiful beach access, 8 minutes from Seminole City Center, 20 minutes from Clearwater, and 30 minutes from Tampa. The nearest airport is St. Petersburg-Clearwater International Airport, 7 km from the property.
The property is right on a busy street and can be noisy at times. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 9 am. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. We can accommodate a maximum of 10 guests at any given time. We reserve the right to terminate a reservation without refund, and/or pursue monetary fines if guests are found to be in violation of any of these rules. [SI]
