Literally minutes to Port Royale, the Dam and big water. With a super easy walk to the dock and 150 feet of Corps line this is a quiet place on the lake and a wonderful family get away. The owner has just completed refreshing the home with new paint inside and outside, all new flooring, lots of landscape work and work on the deck out back. The screened porch is so enjoyable this time of year too. The water is deep at the lakeside but the dock has been pulled in to shore for the removal of the boat. The original dock needs repairs or can be replaced. There may be room for upgrading once the dock is let out. (to be determined). The back deck of the house is huge and has plenty of room for a gathering. The garage was added and made a large room between the garage and kitchen that can be used for a game area, dining area or other uses. The addition makes the master bedroom large with a view down to the water. This is one of the better spots on the lake because it's near everything. The long deep cove opens up to big water quickly.
