Avoid flushing inappropriate items down the toilet or pouring grease down the drains to prevent damage to the septic system. Parking is limited to the concrete driveway, and care should be taken not to hit the pilings. If any items are accidentally broken, guests should notify the host immediately. Doors and windows should be locked upon departure. In case of eviction due to irresponsible behavior, no refund will be provided.
