Located on the shores of 'The Catfish Capital of Texas', this bungalow is the perfect home base for those looking to enjoy the many delights of Lake Tawakoni. With plenty of natural light and a warm, inviting atmosphere, this space is perfect for enjoying a slower pace of life. The fully equipped kitchen is designed for all your cooking needs, featuring standard appliances like an oven, fridge, freezer, stove, microwave, and dishwasher, along with cooking essentials. The dining area boasts a rustic wooden table with bench-style seating, creating a restaurant-like environment for meals.
Free parking is available to guests on the driveway or in the garage. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for your use. Early check-in and late check-out options are available, subject to availability and may include a small additional fee. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of two pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest.

Smoking of any type is not allowed and violations are subject to a $450 fine plus the cost to clean, deodorize, and repair damages. Check-in is at 4pm and check-out is at 10am. No parties or events are allowed. The fireplace is electrically operated and should not be left unattended. Noise levels are monitored to comply with local ordinances and prevent unauthorized parties. The house is exclusively yours during your stay, with a self-check-in process to make your arrival seamless.
The living area features high-speed Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV, making it a comfortable space for remote work. A laptop computer is not included.
