The space is filled with natural light and offers a warm, inviting atmosphere, catering to both short-term and medium-term stays. The fully equipped kitchen is designed for all your cooking needs, featuring standard appliances, cooking essentials, and a center island with seating for four. The dining area boasts a rustic wooden table with bench-style seating, perfect for sharing meals or hosting intimate gatherings. The living area, with its high ceilings, oversized U-shaped sectional, and rustic wooden arches, exudes comfort and relaxation, complete with a flat-screen TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a pool table.
Free parking is available on the driveway or in the garage. A laundry room with a washer and dryer is available for guest use. Pets are welcome with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of two pets per stay. An additional nightly rate applies for more than six guests, with a $29/night fee for each additional guest.

Noise level monitoring is in place to comply with local noise ordinances and prevent unauthorized parties. Smoking is not allowed, with violations subject to a $450 fine plus cleaning and repair costs. Check-in is at 4 PM and check-out is at 10 AM. The property does not allow parties or events, and only registered guests are permitted. The fireplace is electrically operated and should not be left unattended. A laptop computer is not included.
