Kitchen is very efficiently laid out, lots of cabinets (lowers have slide-out shelves) and counter space in a very manageable space due to a very ingenious wrap-around design. Sliding glass doors in master bedroom open onto a deck on the wooded side of the house. About 5-6 easy miles from Volkswagen's new $2 billion plant in Chattanooga, about 3 miles from exit 11 on I-75 (plant at exit 9). Dual water heaters, one in garage serving kitchen and dining room and one in hallway closet serving bathrooms. Bathrooms have high toilets and grab rails in the showers. Sellers may also be interested in selling partially furnished.
