Co-Signer Requirements:

- Income 4.5X+ the monthly rent
- Credit score > 700
- Will require double deposit

Co-Signers are NOT Accepted Under the Following Circumstances:
- Applicant has evictions record in the past 10 years
- Applicant has a felony in the past 10 years
- Applicant has a bankruptcy record in the past 10 years
