About Auburn Station a Secluded Gated Community
If you are looking for a truly magnificent peaceful country setting in a loft style community; Auburn Station is the perfect place. We are a quaint secluded gated community that offers a lot of outdoor fenced areas and part of our property overlooks trout creek. We are located minutes from I-78 in the middle of the Lehigh Valley with easy access to shopping, entertainment, restaurants, night life and so much more. Our fenced secluded community offers country living in the city with friendly and responsive staff, gated entrances, lighted parking lots, well maintained outdoor areas that include a community garden, picnic areas, lounge area and chairs, and gazebos.
Our one of a kind lofts and flats were constructed in a Silk Mill and Ribbon Factory dating back to the early 1900’s with features from a century past providing original hard wood floors, ultra-modern kitchens, exposed brick and beams. All lofts and flats include a washer and dryer, refrigerator/freezer, stove/oven, microwave and dishwasher.
We welcome approved pets and have a limit of 2 pets/animals per apartment. Our grounds are unique and include multiple outdoor fenced in dog runs and pet stations. We have a onetime non-refundable $250 pet fee and a non-refundable $30 per month pet fee. Please contact us for additional details regarding our pet policy.
Residents pay electric and gas utilities. Water, sewer, trash and recycling are included. Our buildings, lofts and flats are non-smoking and non-vaping.
