Baldwin Commons is comprised of 1- and 2-bedroom apartments and 2- and 3-bedroom townhouses in a quiet residential community located in Baldwin Borough and the Baldwin-Whitehall School District. Wall-to-wall carpet, central air and free on-site parking. 24 hour emergency maintenance. Water, sewer and trash pick-up are included in the rent. Cats and small dogs (30 lbs. and under) permitted upon approval in select units with additional pet deposit and pet rent. 1 pet limit. No pets will be permitted in newly carpeted units. Minimum one (1) year Lease. ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING. Security deposit and first month's rent due at Lease signing. $40 non-refundable application fee.
