BEN-STEELE PROPERTIES, LLC, is more than a full-service management company with thirty years of experience. The team provides exceptionally experienced management, caring property managers and many amenities at our convenient locations in more than 100 units. Enjoy several floor plans, two to three bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, ceiling fans, most hardwood flooring, spacious shaded yards, 24-hour emergency maintenance, mature landscaping, fenced backyards and large units. The duplexes include refrigerator, all other appliances, trash pickup and yard services. Our homes and duplexes are located close to shopping, malls, restaurants, theaters and grocery stores. Our homes and duplexes are pet friendly. All units include central air conditioning and appliances (except refrigerators in houses).
Ben-Steele Springfield is a community of houses and duplexes in Greene County and Christian County. These areas are served by the Springfield R-XII school system and the Ozark school system.
