Bridgeman Russell Apartments is located in the heart of Downtown Duluth near the corner of First and Lake, just a stone's throw from Canal Park. The former Bridgeman's Creamery, converted into loft style apartments, is home to studio, one and two bedroom apartments across three floors. Each apartment features lofted ceilings, modern amenities, and industrial touches.

Tenants are pay for the monthly rent charges of $1,150-$1,850 as well as the electric utility. Additionally, a garbage fee of $10 per occupant, along with a monthly technology fee of $6.95 per account, are applied directly to your rent charges each month. We provide a liability insurance option at $18 through our in-house policy, though tenants also have the flexibility and freedom to secure their own coverage if preferred.
