Deposit $500.00 paid online within 24 hours of approval to avoid cancelation of application.

**Residents are required to have Renter's Insurance with $100,000 limit of liability. Residents that provide the Declarations Page of their own Renter's Insurance policy with all adults listed on a policy will have these fees waived.

*Pet Policy: Cats, limit of 2, over a year old, litter trained and fixed with current vaccinations. $300 cat deposit per cat, $25 cat rent per cat per month. Fish, one 20 gallon tank or less and no fees or deposits for fish. We do allow service and companion animals.
