PLEASE NOTE: Due to the new construction/rehabilitation of the property and the length of the waiting period being in excess, Country Club Village Apartments will close the waiting list for all bedroom sizes for the Section 8 program, effective Monday, August 12, 2024. Applications will not be accepted after this date.
This is for Section 8 households only. We are still accepting applicants for all other households that are eligible for the low-income tax credit program (60% income limit). An additional notice will be posted once the waiting list opens to new applicants. Please contact the management office during business hours with any questions.
