Crosby Country Apartments & Townhomes is located in Crosby, MN and is managed by Metes & Bounds Property Management. We offer studio to 3-bedroom townhomes ranging in size from 303 to 1290 sq.ft. Located in the Cuyuna Lakes Area, this former mining town has something for everyone! From bike trails for all ages and skills across 800 acres to fishing, boating, and camping on one of several beautiful lakes in the area. Don't own a bike or kayak? Rentals are available! Cold weather activities include skiing, snowmobiling, and ice fishing. A revitalized downtown area offers excellent dining, entertainment, and shopping options. Warm up or cool down at one of our restaurants or bars, go bowling or play pickleball, or end your day with a massage! Crosby is also home to Cuyuna Regional Medical Center, which is right down the street, making it easy to avoid the morning commute!
We are a pet-friendly community with amenities including on-site management and maintenance, laundry facilities, W/D hookups, dishwashers, private entrance to your home, and a quiet neighborhood.
