Crosspoint Apartments

Crosspoint Apartments is located on Amelia Ave conveniently located off of Creasy Ln, behind Unity Health Care and next to the Franciscan Health St. Elizabeth East hospital. It is down the street from Ivy Tech and the new YMCA. It is also close to shopping, restaurants convenient to the interstate.

Crosspoint apartments are furnished with all needed appliances including stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, microwave and a washer and dryer, not to mention, plenty of closet space with some walk-in closets! There are laminate floors in the living room, kitchen, laundry room and bathrooms. Also, ceiling fans in the living room and bedrooms.

We have 1, 2 and 3 bedroom flats and townhouses to choose from. We will paint you a living room accent wall. We never charge an application fee and we are here to help you find your perfect home. The buildings at Crosspoint are managed by different management companies and there is a difference in how all the properties are managed. We manage the first four buildings on the south side of Amelia Ave.

Residents pay for electric and we pay water, sewage and trash.

Pet Policy: Pets must be authorized. Cat fee is $20/month and must be over 6 months old. Dog fee is $40/month and must be over 12 months old and weigh under 25 lbs. Both must be fixed and trained. There is a $300 REFUNDABLE per pet deposit. There is a 2 pet limit.
