Eclipse is a 75-unit, garden-style apartment community in Phoenix. The attractive unit mix consists of (60%) two bedroom, (20%) one bedroom, and (20%) studio unit types, averaging 800 square feet. Eclipse Apartments contains four buildings and sits on a 2.62 acre site. All two bedroom units are individually metered for electricity with individual hot-water heaters. Owner pays for electricity for one bedroom and studio units. The community includes a pool, laundry facility, office, playground, and maintained desert landscaping throughout. Situated on Butler Drive, residents enjoy direct access to all areas of the Phoenix by way of the Interstate 17 (I-17) and extremely close access to the Metro Center.
