EHS St. George Towers is nestled in Brooklyn Heights, one of NYC’s most coveted and convenient neighborhoods thanks to its sweeping views of Manhattan and multiple subway lines. The residence offers fully furnished single and shared room options, and ample private and community spaces ideal for studying or unwinding.

EHS’s one-of-a-kind Student Life program offers curated social events both in the residences and throughout NYC, so residents can make friends and feel at home while making the most of their time in NYC. Residents also have peace of mind knowing they can stop by the EHS Student Life help desk or talk to one of our trained live-in professional staff members any time they have questions or issues.

Rates are by the semester and include all utilities for the entire semester, so you don’t have to worry about any monthly bills or an annual lease, and there are no broker or hidden fees, ever. EHS residences are for students and student-interns only; residents must certify they can provide proof of active enrollment in an accredited college or university, or that they will be enrolled prior to EHS check in.
