We have walking paths/biking trails surrounding the property (you can also access Commerce Parkways sidewalks that can take you to Ernie Harris Pkwy-great for runners/cyclists), a pickleball court, basketball court, playground and dog park in a park like setting. Our community center offers a fitness room, laundry mat, coffee bar, a large event room with a full kitchen and TVs (can be rented for special events), a smaller room with a smart board for business meetings etc, as well as a mail room for convenient package pickup. Coming in the spring of 2026 there will also be a community pool!
