About the Builder

The Luxury Home division was created from the same innovative thinking that has launched the growth of Dream Finders Homes over the past decade. That custom builder was Marcus Meide. Marcus Meide is a lifelong resident of Northeast Florida and has spent his career in the construction and real estate development industry. He is a graduate of the University of Florida’s M.E. Rinker School of Building Construction and a state of Florida Certified Building Contractor. Marcus gained great experience while working for local and national builders and land developers where the foundation of his building career was established. Marcus’ appeal to high end design led him into the custom home industry.
