Coming to The Fields in May 2022, the seven-story Gideon will feature a collection of luxury living spaces revealing gorgeous interiors including studio, one, two and three-bedroom designs. With an intimate 213 units, Gideon provides a small community charm, with the luxury amenities signature to The Fields. To experience the high life, residents will enjoy a pool, spa, clubhouse, demo kitchen, LED screen, and barbecues all from the rooftop. While the other communities of The Fields pay homage to accomplishments in modern science, Gideon is a celebration of some of the earliest discoveries in the life sciences—named for Gideon Mantell, the British paleontologist who discovered four of the five generations of dinosaurs known during this time. As a tribute to the community’s namesake, original works of art exuding a modern-yet-organic sensibility will enhance nearly every aspect of the living experience.
