About Heritage on Main
Heritage on Main is a LEED certified age-restricted development in downtown Maple Shade, NJ. It is designed to be a four-story mixed-use building, featuring approximately 8,300 square feet of ground floor retail space and sixty (60) residential units. Each apartment will have a spacious layout and will be built with sustainable building materials. Amenities include secure, private, on-site parking spaces, laundry facilities, and a community room.
All residents will have access to a range of social services: job training and employment seminars, personal financial management, health and wellness activities, and a computer center.
